General

1) I forgot my password. What should I do?

You may reset it by clicking the “forgot password” button, on the Pixajoy App Login screen.

Note: Your temporary password will be emailed to your registered email address. If you do not see the email, please check in the spam/junk box.

To ensure that the printed images of your photo projects turn out great, the minimum resolution for the images should be 200dpi. If you want your pictures to come out looking brilliant and sharp, the optimal resolution should be 300dpi.

Photobook

1) What are the minimum and maximum amount of pages I can add to my photo book?

All our 1-minute books start with a minimum of 20 pages. The maximum amount of pages you can achieve is 60 pages.

2) What file format must my images be?

Your images can be in JPEG, TIFF, PNG, HEIF/HEVC form. (Note: Monitor screens and digital cameras show colours using the RGB Model which means red, green, and blue are added together to create all colours. Printing machines, however, use the CMYK Model (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black) to create all colours. Therefore, it is normal to see a slight colour variation between your photos on the screen and your printed book.)

My Order

1) How to check my order status?

Please login to your Pixajoy App here > Click “More” > Click “Orders” to view your current order status.

2) Can I request to change the cover material, design or cancel of my order submitted?

All orders are final and once it is placed, any changes or cancellation will NOT be allowed as your order has already been queued into the book-making process.

3) What if I receive my order in damaged or defected conditions?

Pixajoy is committed to providing you with 100% Quality Guarantee. In the events that you receive your orders in damaged or defected conditions, please contact us at hello@pixajoy to let us know and we'll do our utmost best to rectify the situation.

(Note: The Pixajoy App will not be liable for losses or damages to your orders that occur from circumstances beyond our control such as natural calamities, unexpected events, etc.)

4) Can I re-order the same book at a later date?

Yes, you can. Simply log in to your Pixajoy App Here > Click “More” > Click “Orders > Click ”Re-order” on the project you wish to re-order.

(Note: Your book file will be stored on our servers for up to a maximum of 6 months from the first order date. If the order has exceeded the 6 months limit, you will need to upload your book files again.)

5) What do the order statuses mean?

Waiting For File

Yes, you can. Simply log in to your Pixajoy App Here > Click “More” > Click “Orders” > Click “Re-upload”.

Waiting For File

You've successfully uploaded your files onto our server. It is now queued in for the file checking process.

On Hold

This is most likely to happen when there is an issue with the artwork. Kindly contact our customer service at hello@pixajoy.com for further assistance.

Ready To Print

Your order is in the printing process. Any amendment on order at this step is not allowed.

Shipped

Your parcel has been shipped.

2) How secure are your credit card facilities?

The Pixajoy App uses iPay88 as our appointed secure payment gateway and PayPal to process your payments. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault, and the little 'padlock' icon on your browser confirms this.
